Frozen's soundtrack tops that of Beauty & the Beast and The Little Mermaid. My personal favorite song is "Let it Go", sung by Idina Menzel (voice of Elsa). The plot is similar to Beauty & the Beast and The Lion King, but to be most fair, the only character I really laughed at is Olaf. He's kind of like Donkey from Shrek with his funny lines and obsession with summertime (hence the song "In Summer"). Without spoiling the ending, I think that Frozen is a popular, spectacular, heartwarming, hilarious, and thrilling musical journey that will take your breath away. The message of the movie is don't be ashamed of who you are or want to be. It also has important messages about love. It's the first Disney movie where the princess does not need to be saved by Prince Charming because love can be found in many places.
Out of ten stars, I give Frozen a solid 9 for the comedy, music, acting, and GCI animation. Great movie, and go see it. It's a perfect movie for families.
